The most common side effects of Adenocard are facial flushing (18%), shortness of breath/dyspnea (12%), chest pressure (7%), and nausea (3%).

Adenocard should be used with caution with agents that slow AV node conduction. Dipyridamole may potentiate effects of Adenocard. Caffeine, and theophylline/aminophylline antagonize actions of Adenocard.
